Michelle Williams, a proud Navy veteran, was born in Chicago, IL, and spent 13 years in Houston, TX. A driven and goal-oriented individual, she has always been passionate about helping her community. Her dedication to service began in childhood, inspired by her mother’s generosity in giving back to those less fortunate.

While in Houston, Michelle managed an HVAC company, running daily operations while her boss traveled the world. However, she felt a calling to pursue her own path which allowed her to enrolled in barber school with the vision of opening her own barbershop. After graduating, Michelle successfully opened her barbershop and made it more than just a business—it became a hub for community support. She regularly gave back by providing free haircuts to the homeless and children of struggling mothers, never hesitating to help those in need. Her unwavering commitment to service and empowerment continues to shape her journey as an entrepreneur and community advocate.
